As the Global/Local VIP CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing CRM strategies for VIP players, ensuring their ongoing engagement, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty. You will work closely with both global and local teams to create tailored campaigns and experiences that drive VIP retention and lifetime value. The role will require strategic thinking, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to create bespoke communication and offers that are designed to meet the unique needs of our high-value players.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Implement VIP Strategies: Develop personalized CRM strategies to enhance engagement and retention for our VIP players. Lead campaigns that deliver tailored, meaningful experiences.
- Player Segmentation & Personalization: Segment VIP players effectively and create highly personalized experiences and offers, fostering loyalty and increasing player lifetime value.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure that VIP campaigns are aligned with the overall business strategy and regional needs.
- Player Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with VIP players, understanding their preferences, behaviors, and motivations to offer a premium customer experience.
- Campaign Execution & Management: Oversee the execution of VIP campaigns across various channels, ensuring timely and consistent communication that enhances brand loyalty and retention.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Use data and analytics tools to track the performance of VIP campaigns and continuously optimize strategies based on player feedback and behavior.
- Global & Local Focus: Balance global CRM strategies while tailoring them to meet the unique demands and cultural nuances of local markets.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in CRM, specifically in VIP player management, within the gambling, iGaming, or e-commerce sectors.
- Proven experience in designing and executing VIP retention strategies, with a focus on personalization and loyalty programs.
- Expertise in CRM platforms such as Symplify, Salesforce, Optimove, or similar.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation and behavior analysis, with the ability to create data-driven strategies for VIP engagement.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to create high-touch experiences for VIP players.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, managing both global and local markets to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to measure performance and implement improvements based on data insights.
- Fluent in English (Additional language skills are a plus).
