The Human Resources Officer will support the implementation of the hotel’s HR strategy, oversee HR administration, and manage recruitment and selection processes. The role includes monitoring HR policies, ensuring compliance, and contributing to key HR initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Immigration Procedures: Manage immigration processes for employees from third countries, including work permits, visas, and compliance with labor laws.
2. Recruitment Cycle: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. Collaborate with managers to meet staffing needs.
3. HR Administration: Maintain employee records, prepare employment documents, and explain HR policies to staff.
4. Reporting & Payroll: Prepare reports, track attendance, process payroll, and ensure accurate filings.
5. General Support: Assist with employee communications, social events, and housing needs while maintaining company policies and standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management
- At least 2 years’ experience in the same or similar position in 4/5-star Hotel/ similar field
- Excellent Knowledge of English and Greek Language
- Excellent writer and oral communication skills including ability to prepare reports
- Excellent organization skills
- Flexibility to respond to range of different work situations
- Familiarity with government labor laws and payroll process
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook)
