Candidate profile:

Demonstrated success as a Chef or Head Chef, or in a comparable leadership position.
In-depth expertise in Mediterranean cuisine, showcasing both traditional and modern cooking techniques.
Exceptional leadership and management abilities, with a talent for inspiring and nurturing team growth.
Experience in fine dining or high-volume food service operations.
Comprehensive understanding of food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a safe and high-quality culinary environment.
Creativity and a passion for culinary arts.
Problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.

Duties and responsibilities:

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality and consistency in food preparation and presentation.
Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen personnel, promoting a collaborative and professional atmosphere.
Oversee and regulate kitchen expenditures to ensure alignment with budgetary objectives.
Develop and design menus that reflect the Mediterranean culinary tradition, incorporating seasonal and local ingredients.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen in accordance with HACCP.
Monitor and control kitchen expenses to meet budgetary goals.
