Responsibilities
- Assist customers in Spanish through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries regarding our products and services
- Guide clients in resolving their issues effectively and ensure a seamless experience
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism, striving for prompt and satisfactory resolutions
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records of inquiries and solutions
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives
- Stay informed about product offerings and industry trends to provide well-rounded assistance
- Participate in projects aiming to enhance customer engagement and overall experience
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred
