Job Description:
At Fidelity, we are looking for a dynamic Sales and E-commerce Executive to join our team. This role is central in managing the dual responsibilities of welcoming customers in-store and driving the growth of our e-commerce platforms ( https://www.thepcshopcyprus.com https://www.fidelitycenter.com.cy https://www.fidelity.com.cy ). The ideal candidate will blend exceptional interpersonal skills with a strategic understanding of online retail operations to deliver a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in-store, providing product knowledge and personalized recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Manage and update the company’s e-commerce platforms, ensuring products are accurate and optimized for online sales.
- Monitor e-commerce performance metrics, including sales, traffic, and conversion rates, to identify opportunities for growth.
- Handle customer inquiries and orders across both physical and online channels, ensuring timely and efficient resolutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement online promotions, campaigns, and strategies that align with in-store efforts.
- Conduct regular quality checks on the e-commerce store to ensure smooth functionality and a user-friendly experience.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in sales and e-commerce to keep the company competitive.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales and/or e-commerce, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and tools (e.g., WooCommerce, Shopify, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, both in-person and online.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions based on insights.
• Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media, is a plus.
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
