We are now looking for an SEO and Data Analytics Specialist to join the Digital Marketing team, help us drive relevant organic traffic to our resources, and build various reports for product teams to understand website performance. The ideal candidate will be skilled in keyword research, content strategy, site optimization, and data analytics. Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console is essential. Experience with BigQuery is a plus.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- SEO strategy implementation: Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Keyword research and analysis: Perform comprehensive keyword research to identify target keywords and create content strategies around them.
- Content strategy and optimization: Collaborate with product teams to develop SEO-friendly content and ensure existing content is optimized.
- Dashboard creation and management: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards in Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) for various product teams to visualize data and track key metrics. Utilize data blends, custom fields, and other advanced features to provide comprehensive insights.
- Data analysis and visualization: Work closely with product and analytics teams to translate business needs into functional dashboards. Perform data analysis to identify trends, insights, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- BigQuery utilization: Leverage BigQuery for advanced data manipulation and integration into Looker Studio dashboards, where applicable. While deep expertise in BigQuery would be a major plus, initially, we only expect familiarity and a willingness to learn how to use the service quickly.
Required experience and skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving organic search performance.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Experience using GA4 for reporting, tracking, and analyzing data. Proficiency in setting up tags in Google Tag Manager.
- A proven ability to create high-level reports using Looker Studio, including experience with data blends and custom fields.
- Familiarity with BigQuery would be a plus, along with the ability to learn and apply SQL-based data queries for complex analysis.
- Prior experience of optimizing website content and collaborating closely with content teams to ensure SEO alignment.
- The ability to manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with optimizing websites for different regions and languages.
