As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in making the recruitment strategy and responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Loyal and hardworking individual.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages the recruitment and onboarding processes, including work permits where required.
- Manages work permit renewal processes.
- Have communication with recruitment agencies.
- Be responsible for candidates’ accommodation.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee onboarding and training programs for new employees.
- Handle employee relations issues, providing support and conflict resolution as needed.
