Your Role
As a Barista at Panem Bakery, you will:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso-based beverages, and other drinks according to our recipes and customer preferences.
- Accept and process delivery orders through platforms such as Wolt, Bolt, and Foody, ensuring prompt and accurate preparation.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment in line with safety and hygiene standards.
- Provide excellent service to both in-store customers and those placing delivery orders.
- Organize and package delivery orders to meet Panem Bakery’s quality presentation standards.
- Keep the workstation clean and organized, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist with stock monitoring and communicate any supply needs to management.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Proven experience as a Barista in a café, bakery, or similar environment.
- Familiarity with delivery apps such as Wolt, Bolt, and Foody is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle in-store and delivery orders efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including mornings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the business.
- A positive and team-oriented attitude.
