Duties and Responsibilities
v To have detailed information about the menus and the restaurant.
v To have up to date information on reservations.
v To allocate tables to all arriving guests in consultation with the supervisors
v To assist when needed with the preparation and shift operation of the restaurant
v To handle all incoming telephone calls as per standards instructed and with courtesy.
v To ensure accurate cash handover
v To give proper and complete handover to the next shift
v To handle guest complaints as per the policy and to follow up with reception supervisor to ensure guest satisfaction
v To have detailed information about all the services provided by the reception staff and restaurant in general.
v To have up to date information on daily operations.
v To ensure that responding to guests whether in person or via phones is done according to the standards of Wok n Roll.
v To ensure immediate and fast service to guests, phone calls and deliveries.
v To be aware of duties, responsibilities and guidelines of the brand.
v To follow the staff duty roster.
v To follow the Wok n Roll dress code, personal appearance, hygiene according to the training manual.
v To maintain up-to date information on changes on menus, availability of items current promotions and offers.
v To be able to monitor platforms ordering systems and to react when there are issues with them
v To give proper and complete handover to the next shift and to ensure accurate cash handover.
v To handle all guests without bias or prejudice
v To follow the house rules and policies laid down by the management
v To adhere to strict grooming and hygiene standards and to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant and adjoining areas
v To consciously and continuously strive to better his/ her skills and increase his/ her knowledge through trainings.
