They’re currently looking for a motivated and dynamic Junior Human Resources Assistant to join theur team in Limassol.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage weekly orders for supplies and equipment for Cyprus offices.
- Handle office-related maintenance issues by coordinating with vendors and service providers.
- Maintain and update HR records and databases.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating calendars.
- Assist in organizing team-building activities and office events.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, training sessions, and celebrations.
- Handle inquiries and provide basic HR information to employees.
- Support other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
- Report to HR Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in Greek and English
- Team player with a positive attitude.
