Our client, a leading global financial services company, is seeking a proactive and talented Business Development Account Manager (Native Hungarian) to join their team and focus on expanding their presence in Hungary. This full-time, in-office position requires a candidate with a strong sales background, proven partnership creation skills, and a deep understanding of the Hungarian market.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a targeted business development strategy to drive growth and expand the company's presence in Hungary;
- Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with potential clients and partners, including financial institutions, fintech companies, and other industry stakeholders;
- Negotiate and close partnership deals that align with company objectives and contribute to long-term success;
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to develop customized solutions that meet the unique needs of clients and partners;
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities;
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and strengthen relationships in the region;
- Prepare and deliver reports on account management activities, performance metrics, and insights to senior management.
Requirements
- Some experience in business development, account management, sales, or a related field, with a focus on the financial services industry;
- Proven track record of creating and maintaining successful partnerships and driving business growth;
- Excellent understanding of the Hungarian market, including key players, trends, and opportunities;
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
- Native Hungarian speaker; fluent in English;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment;
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
