We are looking for dynamic individuals who are fluent in Nordic languages and have a strong commitment to customer service. This role offers the opportunity to support our valued Nordic-speaking clients while experiencing the rich culture and stunning scenery of Greece.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure a seamless experience
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve service processes and address complex inquiries
- Keep current with product knowledge to offer accurate guidance to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills

Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken
- Preferred experience in a customer service or support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving capabilities to effectively address customer issues
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage a variety of tasks
- A genuine affection for providing excellent customer service
