The successful candidate will oversee the management of our international voice traffic, ensuring optimal routing, enhanced quality of service, and competitive pricing. You will be integral in building and nurturing relationships with voice carriers globally.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize international voice traffic routes to ensure high-quality service
- Develop relationships with global voice carriers and negotiate competitive rates
- Monitor voice service performance and implement improvements as necessary
- Analyze market trends and capacity to identify growth opportunities
- Liaise with technical teams to address and resolve service issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in voice services
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote voice solutions
- Prepare reports on voice traffic performance and carrier relations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, business, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in voice services or telecommunications management
- Strong understanding of international voice routing and quality metrics
- Proven experience in carrier management and pricing negotiation
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively
