Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat communications
- Assist customers with inquiries related to flight bookings, changes, and services

- Guide passengers through airline policies and procedures for clarity and understanding
- Deliver accurate information about flight schedules, promotions, and services
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions in the CRM system

Requirements
- Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential
