Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives and provide assistance to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). This dynamic role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, managing content creation, organising events, and liaising with vendors and partners, while also handling communications, and project follow-ups. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail, ensuring the seamless execution of both marketing activities and executive support.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and event channels.
- Conduct market research to understand audience preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Assist in planning and organising events, materials preparation, and follow-up tasks.
- Track and analyse campaign performance, prepare top level reports to the CMO.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments on behalf of the CMO.
- Prepare and organise marketing presentations and meeting notes.
- Manage communications, including responding to emails and calls on behalf of the CMO.
- Monitor project deadlines and follow up on action items.
- Support high-profile marketing events, coordinating logistics and liaising with vendors.
- Maintain and organise sensitive marketing documents and plans.
- Liaise with vendors, partners, and agencies on behalf of the CMO.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Marketing Coordinator role.
- Experience in the Forex/FinTech, Gaming, Digital Agency is a plus.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and marketing materials.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with experience managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
- Strong interpersonal skills for working effectively with teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage calendars, organise meetings, and handle confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and cloud-based tools such as Google Workspace.
