IronFX is a leading global online broker specializing in Forex, CFDs, Commodities and Spot Metals since 2010. Noteris on behalf of IronFX, we are looking to hire an Affiliate Support Officer to join the growing Affiliate Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect Affiliates’ feedback and discuss directly with the Head of Affiliation, proposing various ways for improving the Company’s product and customers' experience
- Assist Affiliates and Partners in daily inquiries about product, company’s internal systems or other questions they may have from time to time
- Discuss with internal departments about any operational issues that affect Affiliates ‘experience and work closely with them to solve promptly the issues
- Ensure ongoing and effective progress in requests to ensure changes were made according to the agreed plan
- Support any ad hoc operational duties in a daily basis
Qualifications and Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or a relevant field
- Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while collaborating with various departments
- Must be able to effectively organize, prioritize and execute tasks to meet strict deadlines
- Must be extremely detail oriented, as accuracy is required in performing all functions of this position
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
