Candidate profile:
- At least 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in a comparable role within a hotel or restaurant setting.
- A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in both English and Greek.
- A friendly, trustworthy, and approachable demeanor.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage stress effectively.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills for managing staff relations and addressing guest concerns.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Oversee the efficient and organized functioning of the restaurant.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant.
- Provide exceptional service to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Create staff schedules while considering service quality and managing labor costs.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to staff to achieve objectives and optimize resources.
- Maintain effective communication with all team members and other departments to ensure a supportive professional environment.
- Encourage teamwork and foster a positive workplace atmosphere.
- Stay informed about global food and beverage trends and suggest relevant innovations to the Hotel Manager.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of drinks to meet established standards.
- Implement enhancements to products and services.
- Manage inventory and order supplies and beverages.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Communicate and enforce company policies, standards, and procedures among staff to ensure compliance.
