On behalf of our client, one of the most famous and luxurious hotels in the hospitality industry in Cyprus we are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the operations of their unique prestigious Resorts and Hotels in Nicosia.

Candidate profile:

Demonstrated experience as a Hotel Manager or in a comparable leadership position within the hospitality sector.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Significant experience and proficiency in Food & Beverage management.
Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Resilient personality with the capacity to make decisions in high-pressure situations.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in English; knowledge of Greek is a plus.
Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting principles.

Duties and responsibilities:

Supervise all hotel operations, guaranteeing the utmost service quality and guest satisfaction.
Lead and manage hotel personnel, creating a positive and professional workplace culture.
Formulate and execute strategies aimed at boosting guest experience and hotel profitability.
Oversee the Food & Beverage department, ensuring top-notch dining services and operations.
Interact with guests to gather insights and continuously enhance the guest experience.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to effectively promote the hotel.
Manage staff training and development to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality throughout the hotel.
Track and manage the hotel’s financial performance, focusing on budgeting and cost efficiency.
Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations.
