On behalf of our client, a leading affiliate marketing company specializing in the online casino industry, we are looking to hire for the role of SEM Specialist/PPC Manager, for their Limassol office.
The SEM Specialist/PPC Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing PPC campaigns to drive traffic and achieve marketing objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads to drive partner traffic.
- Conduct and lead A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign elements for optimization.
- Perform keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and optimization opportunities.
- Write compelling ad copy to maximize CTR and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing regular KPI and metric reports.
- Implement bid management strategies to optimize ad spend and ROI.
- Analyze competitor PPC strategies and industry trends to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with PPC, monetization, and sales teams to align strategies with marketing goals.
- Stay informed on the latest SEM and PPC advertising trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proficient in Google Ads, including search, display, and video advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools.
- Excellent understanding of PPC strategies and bid management techniques.
- Ability to write persuasive ad copy and create effective ad creatives.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with other PPC platforms (e.g., Bing Ads) and tools (e.g., SEMrush).
- Familiarity with the online casino industry is a plus.
