You will join our newly created team dedicated to performing the most exquisite real estate and construction projects.
As the Head of Property Management at Exness, you will play an instrumental role in laying the foundation for our property management division. This role demands a detail-oriented leader with extensive experience in the build-to-rent sector and a background in 5-star hotel management, who can strategise, operationalize, and guarantee that our properties reflect the highest standards in the industry.
You will:
- Develop a long-term vision and tactical plan for Exness's property and facility management division.
- Create the structure, processes, standards, and tools necessary for a premier property and facility management division
- Assemble, guide, and nurture a stellar property management team to ensure alignment with Exness's vision
- Oversee the management of build-to-rent residential communities and ensure that they meet the quality standards set by Exness, drawing from best practices in build to rent management
- Supervise facility management operations across all properties, ensuring maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency
- Formulate and manage divisional budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising on service quality
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with residents, potential tenants, property owners, local authorities, and other stakeholders
- Stay attuned to trends within the build-to-rent, Class A office sectors, and 5-star hotel industry, adapting strategies as needed
- Establish risk management protocols and ensure properties comply with industry and local regulations
- Strategize for the integration of Class A offices and mixed-use properties into the management portfolio as Exness expands its footprint
What makes you a great fit:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees or certifications will be considered an asset.
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in property management or hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in managing 5-star hotel properties.
- Experience with Class A office properties would be a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated success in initiating property management frameworks and operations
- Acute financial aptitude with a track record of budget management
- Adept at team leadership with proven success in nurturing and leading dynamic teams
- Proficiency in cutting-edge property management software and tools
- Stellar communication and negotiation abilities
