Responsibilities
- Offer high-quality technical support to German-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of technical issues related to our offerings
- Guide customers on effective product utilization and provide practical solutions
- Accurately document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in our support database
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex inquiries
- Stay informed on product updates and industry trends to enhance the support quality provided
- Engage in ongoing training to improve technical and product knowledge consistently
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
- Prior experience in technical support or customer service, preferably in a tech-focused environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen technical aptitude
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction
- Experience with customer service software and support tools is a plus
