In this key role, you will be the primary contact for our German-speaking clients, ensuring they receive top-notch support for their transportation-related inquiries and issues. Your language skills will be vital in delivering a seamless customer experience within the transportation sector.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in German through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to transportation services
- Guide clients in booking processes, modifications, and provide information about our transportation offerings
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism, striving for timely and effective resolutions
- Document customer interactions accurately, maintaining comprehensive records of inquiries and outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently
- Stay updated on transportation services, pricing, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and satisfaction in the transportation sector
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the transportation or travel industry, is preferred
