Requirements
- Fluency in German with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Relevant experience in a customer service, support, or professional role is preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team setting and manage time effectively
