Your task:
- Attend client workshops to gather and clarify requirements, then communicate them to development and QA teams
- Create and present BRDs to stakeholders, collaborating closely with the Project Manager and technical teams
- Participate in sprint planning, track progress, and manage the product backlog
- Handle change requests, join client meetings, and present product insights
- Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proven experience working with Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Undergraduate and/or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology
- Fluency in both Greek and English
Will be a plus:
Familiarity with the financial or technology sectors, such as banking, insurance, or other financial services industries
