Responsibilities
- Moderate user-generated content on leading social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Review and analyze posts, comments, and messages in Spanish for appropriateness and relevance
- Identify and report policy violations, including hate speech, misinformation, and harassment
- Engage with users by answering questions and providing clarity regarding moderation policies
- Collaborate with the moderation team to share insights and drive improvements in content moderation strategies
- Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and assist in monitoring content trends
- Participate in training to remain updated on best practices and changes in platform policies
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Experience in content moderation, social media management, or a related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to assess content contextually
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and their moderation guidelines
