SALES REPRESENTATIVE – NORTHERN GREECE

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative Northern Greece to help expand and establish our distribution service of solar equipment in northern Greece and join our team at AMARA NZERO. We are a company with extensive experience in all aspects of sustainable energy. With more than 60 years of history, presence in over 18 countries, and a team of 2100+ people, we are leaders and innovators in the market. Previous experience in the photovoltaic industry is highly recommended.
Location: Thessaloniki or other city in northern Greece. This position is remote with travel in the various regions of northern Greece and with travel to the Amara NZero HQ in Athens when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in northern Greece, adapting to their unique needs, and serving as primary point of contact.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities within northern Greece, collaborating with other teams to develop strategies to expand market share.
- Account Strategy:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results; customize solutions to meet specific needs of clients; and develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Product Knowledge:
- Educate clients on product features, benefits, and technical specifications to facilitate informed purchasing decisions. Deep understanding of photovoltaic industry.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams. Provide regular updates on market conditions, client feedback, and sales forecasts to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the PV industry or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the Greek PV market, including key players and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Entrepreneurial mentality is appreciated.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Native Greek and proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
