Key Responsibilities
- Personal and Family Logistics:
Manage living arrangements, including securing rentals and handling utilities
Coordinate transportation needs, such as leasing or purchasing vehicles
- Office and Business Setup:
Organize office space, supplies, and equipment
Act as a local liaison for meetings with business partners and government entities
Support recruitment efforts and collaborate with hiring resources
Manage bilingual correspondence in Greek and English
Coordinate personal and professional schedules, handling calendar appointments
- Daily Business Operations
Process expenses and assist with banking setup
Track deadlines and ensure timely task completion
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Fluent in Greek and English
- Familiar with Cypriot legal, real estate, and business sectors
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage complex logistics and schedules
