In this role, you will assist Nordic-speaking customers in managing their car rental inquiries and ensuring their experiences are smooth and satisfying. Your ability to connect with customers and provide exceptional service will be key to their travel enjoyment.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to Nordic-speaking customers regarding car rental services, from inquiries to reservations
- Guide customers through the rental process efficiently, addressing their needs and questions
- Resolve any issues customers may encounter, ensuring a positive interaction
- Document customer feedback and interactions accurately to support service enhancement
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and overall customer satisfaction
- Stay informed about our services, offers, and the car rental industry to assist customers effectively
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English is essential
- Strong customer service skills; previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills with a positive and professional attitude
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement
- A self-starter attitude; capable of working independently in a remote setting while also engaging with a team
- Desire to embrace working remotely from Greece while experiencing its rich culture
