Responsibilities
- Deliver top-notch customer service to airline passengers in Nordic languages
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding bookings, cancellations, and travel-related issues
- Handle and resolve customer complaints with a focus on positive outcomes
- Provide essential flight information, updates, and policies clearly to customers
- Maintain organized documentation of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members remotely to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Stay knowledgeable about airline offerings, industry changes, and best practices
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) is required; proficiency in English is also necessary
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the airline or travel industry is preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with airline booking systems and customer service software is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
