Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding fitness technology products
- Identify and resolve a variety of technical issues related to fitness applications and devices
- Assist users through troubleshooting processes, ensuring clear and effective communication
- Document customer interactions and technical solutions in the support ticketing system
- Collaborate with product teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements
- Stay updated on the latest trends in fitness technology to provide informed recommendations and support
- Conduct training sessions for customers to enhance their understanding of fitness technology tools
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and solid proficiency in English
- Experience in technical support or customer service, preferably within the fitness or technology sectors
- Genuine interest in fitness and familiarity with fitness technologies, devices, and applications
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while being part of a collaborative team
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends if required
