Responsibilities
- Engage with clients and candidates in Spanish, providing them with support and guidance throughout the recruitment process
- Utilize your skills and expertise to assess candidate qualifications and match them with appropriate job opportunities
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates, providing feedback to improve their application experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to source and attract top talent and manage candidate pipelines effectively
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and market insights to better serve clients and candidates
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries and concerns from clients and candidates
- Utilize technology and platforms for remote work to facilitate communication and collaboration
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus
- Prior experience in recruitment, human resources, or customer service roles is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on relationship-building and client satisfaction
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and remote work practices
