Your Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding technical support to Nordic-speaking customers for cloud-based solutions
- Effectively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Assist customers in navigating our cloud products and maximizing their usage
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service strategies and share knowledge
- Engage in continuous education and training to stay current with product updates and innovations
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (e.g., Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) is required
- Strong technical skills and an aptitude for problem-solving
- Experience in technical support or customer service is an advantage, but not essential
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
