Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients in the trucking sector
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction

- Collaborate with team members to meet service level goals and improve customer experiences
- Participate in training sessions to develop skills and stay updated on industry practices
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential
- Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Prior experience in customer support or related fields is advantageous
