Your Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels
- Handle customer inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and a friendly attitude

- Document customer interactions accurately to aid in continuous improvement

Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential
