Responsibilities
- Moderate user-generated content across various social media platforms to ensure it adheres to community guidelines
- Engage with users by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Identify and report any inappropriate or harmful content and behaviors
- Analyze user interactions to gather insights that can help improve community engagement
- Stay up to date with brand guidelines to ensure consistency in moderation efforts
- Work collaboratively with a remote team to establish best practices for content moderation
- Provide feedback on content patterns and user behavior to promote ongoing improvements in community management
Requirements
- Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and content moderation best practices
- Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities
- Professional demeanor in handling sensitive issues and providing effective feedback
- Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or related fields is preferred
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a remote work environment
