System Administrator to join team in Nicosia office!

Your task:
- Apply IT knowledge to support team and department objectives
- Quickly absorb new skills and collaborate with technical teams
- Analyze and resolve technical issues, delivering solutions within deadlines
- Ensure customer satisfaction and manage problem records per service agreements
- Coordinate Middleware changes and maintain database security and integrity
- Recommend improvements to enhance services
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Expertise in one or more areas: VMWare vSphere, CITRIX VDI, Windows/Linux OS, Monitoring tools (SNOW, MS SCOM, SolarWinds, IBM APM, etc.), SAP Basis
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science, or related field education
- Fluent in English and Greek
