HR Generalist to join our team in Thessaloniki. As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in supporting our employees and ensuring a positive work environment. Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries and provide support on various HR-related topics
- Assist with the recruitment process, including writing job descriptions, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
- Administer and manage various HR initiatives, such as employee onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes
- Conduct employee orientations and ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
- Proactively identify and address employee relations issues, and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
- Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities, training and development programs, and company events
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience working in HR, preferably as a Recruiter or HR Generalist
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of an ATS will be a plus
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR)or additional HR training will be a plus
