In this position, you will provide essential roadside assistance to customers in your native Nordic language, ensuring they feel supported during stressful situations. This role is ideal for energetic individuals who enjoy problem-solving and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service—all from the comfort of their remote workspace in Greece.
Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency assistance calls in a friendly and efficient manner
- Clearly communicate solutions and support in your Nordic language
- Cooperate with local service providers to facilitate prompt assistance for clients
- Document all calls and interventions accurately in the relevant systems
- Maintain a calm and professional attitude while handling emergencies
- Contribute to team efforts to improve service delivery and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish) is essential
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or emergency response is preferred
- Ability to problem-solve under pressure and maintain composure
- Remote work experience and self-discipline are a plus
- Flexible availability, including potential evenings and weekends
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and software
