Responsibilities
- Moderate and review user-generated content, ensuring adherence to community guidelines
- Engage with users by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly
- Identify and report inappropriate content or negative user behavior
- Analyze trends in user interaction to enhance community engagement
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of brand guidelines and values
- Collaborate with a remote team to establish and refine best practices for moderation
- Provide insights and feedback on content trends and user behavior for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic) is required; English proficiency is advantageous
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with social media platforms and a strong understanding of content moderation practices
- Detail-oriented with robust analytical skills
- Professionalism in handling sensitive issues and providing constructive feedback
- Experience in moderation, customer service, or related fields is preferred
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote setting
