Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary customer service through phone, email, and chat communication
- Assist customers with inquiries related to our products and services
- Efficiently handle customer complaints, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions
- Guide and educate customers on product usage and features
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to optimize customer service processes
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) is essential
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
