- Engage with customers via instant messaging on various social media platforms in Italian
- Quickly and effectively troubleshoot issues while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor

- Stay updated on the latest trends and updates in social media to offer informed support

Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus
