Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary customer service through phone, chat, and email communication
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues with accuracy and efficiency
- Assist customers in understanding our products and guiding them through any complications
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly and provide necessary feedback
- Collaborate with remote team members to share customer insights and enhance service delivery
- Remain knowledgeable about product offerings and updates to assist customers effectively
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian (verbal and written) is essential
- Exceptional communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Experience in customer service or similar roles is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centered mindset
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a remote working environment
- Familiarity with consumer products and high-quality service standards is a plus
- Proficient with CRM software and remote communication tools
