Responsibilities
- Assist Italian-speaking customers with technical queries via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot consumer electronics and software issues effectively
- Provide clear and concise guidance to customers throughout the problem-solving process
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the support system
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and overall support quality
- Identify common issues and escalate them to the relevant teams for prompt resolution
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is mandatory
- Previous experience in a technical support role is an advantage
