Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency roadside assistance calls with empathy and urgency
- Communicate effectively in Czech, providing clear instructions and support
- Coordinate with local service providers to facilitate timely solutions for clients
- Accurately document all interactions and resolutions in the systems
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor while assisting customers under pressure
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer experience
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Previous experience in customer service or emergency response is an advantage
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to remain composed during crises
- Experience with remote work environments is beneficial
- Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings and weekends
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and software applications
