Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via instant messaging on social media platforms in a Nordic language
- Efficiently troubleshoot customer inquiries while maintaining a friendly and professional communication style

Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential; English proficiency is a plus
