Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional technical support to Nordic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot a variety of consumer technology issues efficiently
- Guide customers through potential solutions and provide clear, concise instructions
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
- Collaborate with other support team members to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction
- Identify patterns in customer inquiries and contribute to process improvements
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Finnish, Danish, or Norwegian) is essential, along with good English skills
- Experience in technical support or a related IT role is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities, with a focus on customer service
- Capability to work independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with customer support systems or CRM tools is a plus
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage time effectively
