Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat
- Assist customers with queries regarding financial products and services
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
- Educate customers on financial services, their features, and benefits
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and service quality
- Stay informed about financial regulations and product offerings to provide accurate assistance
Requirements
- Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Finnish, or Norwegian) is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior customer service experience, especially in the financial sector, is preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently while being part of a remote team
- Familiarity with financial products and services is a plus
