Your fluency in Italian will enable you to effectively communicate with customers, guiding them through inquiries about our exquisite product offerings and ensuring they receive an unparalleled shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in Italian through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, offering expert advice on luxury fashion items
- Assist clients with order processing, tracking, returns, and exchanges while ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally to foster loyalty and satisfaction
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain updated records regarding inquiries and resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and improve service offerings
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, luxury products, and brand initiatives to provide informed assistance
- Contribute to team goals focused on delivering outstanding customer satisfaction and enhancing brand reputation
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer support, particularly in luxury retail or fashion, is highly preferred
