Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding flight information, reservations, and policies
- Efficiently handle and resolve customer complaints and issues
- Guide customers through the booking process and provide essential travel information
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the customer experience
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Interest in travel and knowledge of airline operations is a plus
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools and customer management software
