The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities as listed below which will assist the Director/Wealth Manager. In this position, you should feel comfortable scheduling meetings, have good communication skills, both verbal and written and be able to handle requests and queries appropriately.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
- Dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Schedule travel
- Preparing paperwork and reports for meetings
- Maintaining databases and filing systems
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Administration
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
- Ability to travel for 2 weeks every 3 months to the UAE
- Computer Literate
